Since spring 2011 the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce supported by the German Parliament and by the German government through the German Foreign Service has continuously implemented signature projects in construction, tourism, furniture, automotive and employment facilitation to assist Egypt on the road of transition.

Together with our partners GPP, GIZ, DAAD and the Goethe Institute and with our cooperation partners from Germany and in Egypt, we are inviting you to join in an exciting presentation of German-Egyptian cooperation in nation building. Workshops will familiarize you with the projects and show ways, how you can benefit as well.

The large-scale transformation project that is funded by the Federal Foreign Office in Germany and initiated by Global Project Partners e.V. in Germany in cooperation with the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GACIC) in 2012 and 2013 is aiming to train young workers according to German professional standards and thus contribute to the progress of the Egyptian economy in this difficult post-revolutionary time. The transformation partnership comprises of four core business projects for the Egyptian economy: construction industry, furniture industry, tourism industry and automotive industry. Cooperation partners are large companies and or associations, such as Arab Contractors, Mercedes Benz Egypt and Chamber of Woodworking and Furniture Industry in Egypt.
