Wellness & Spa Manager Workshop for Hotels

The German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce and Global Project Partners e.V. are delighted to invite you to the Wellness & Spa Train-The Trainer (TOT) Workshop for hotels as part of their two-year tourism project. The project is funded by the Federal Foreign Office in Germany under the umbrella of the German-Egyptian Transformation Partnership. The objective of the project is the successful implementation and sustainable establishment of a training and qualification program for specialists in the hotel and tourism sector.

As more and more people turn to spas and wellness facilities to improve their looks and well-being, the international demand for health and wellness tourism is on the rise. Nowadays the guest expects a high quality standard, both in the spa location and in management and staff. Therefore, this workshop aims at equipping wellness and spa managers with practical management tools that would enhance the operation and management of their facilities, leading to higher customer satisfaction and increasing sales volume.
