Energy & Environmental Management for Hotels Workshop

The German-­Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Egypt and Global Project Partners e.V. in Germany are cooperating together in a two-year-project, the Tourism Project, to promote the tourism sector in Egypt. The project is funded by the Federal Foreign Office in Germany and concentrates on three main sectors in Egypt: (a) energy; (b) water, grey-water and waste; and (c) wellness. The objective of the project is to implement and organize a sustainable training program for specialists in the hotel and tourism sector.

The first round of the Environmental Management for Hotels workshop (4 days) will be held from the 24^th till the 27^th of November 2012 in Sharm El Sheikh (Radisson Blu Hotel, Sharm El Sheikh).

The number of participants is limited to 20 facility managers (first come, first served basis).

The first round of the Energy Manager (EUREM) for Hotels workshop (20 days) will be held from January 2013 (during low season) in Sharm El Sheikh (Radisson Blu Hotel, Sharm El Sheikh).
