The 9th German-African Energy Forum - European Power for Africa is scheduled to take place on 4th and 5th May 2015 in the Hotel Grand Elysée in Hamburg. The Forum is the main platform of German-African energy business and one of the most important conferences of the sector in Europe.
This year we are expecting more than 400 participants from Germany, Europe and Africa and we are pleased that several African countries have confirmed the presence of their government officials and Ministers. At present the following African Ministers have already confirmed that they will be attending along with their delegations:
• Hon. Boubakar Ba, Minister of Mines, Careers and Energy, Burkina Faso
• Hon. Dr Kwabena Donkor, Minister of Power, Ghana
• Hon. Mutaz Musa, Minister of Water and Electricity, Sudan
• Hon. Christopher Yalumo, Minister of Mines, Energy and Water Development, Sambia
We also look forward to welcoming the high-level participation of the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy as well as the Federal Foreign Office.
